This morning, FNC is reporting that during an interview with Men’s Health Magazine, the big O said this of his plans to renovate the White House:

We’re going to do a thorough evaluation, but it may need an upgrade.  The bowling alley, I understand, offers us some potential for expansion.

The anchor questioned if Obama was “measuring the place for drapes,” and asked the guest if he thought Obama was getting ahead of himself.  (We’ve already seen evidence of that many times.)

I think this says more about him being out of touch, something he accuses McCain of constantly.  In this time of economic crisis, we need to expand the White House’s bowling alley?  Especially after last night in the debate when Obama said he wanted to fire all of those AIG fools who took a half-mil junket to CA after their company was bailed out. 

It might have been a joke, but it isn’t funny.
