I thought John McCain did a good job last night, but he left a lot on the table AGAIN.  He let Obama get away with the 95% LIE.  He let him get away with saying McCain’s health plan would kick 20 mil people off employer health plans when it’s Obama’s government-run health care that would make businesses want to get rid of their health care because the government will take care of it instead.  McCain needed better facts about his own small business tax plan at his fingertips to counter Obama’s points since McCain decided to bring it up.

I also cringed at the Ayers and ACORN thing.  John fell into the trap.  Obama had his retort (Ayers is an education professor and a reformer who hangs out with Republicans).  Aye yi yi!  I knew this would happen, and the associations stuff ISN’T WORKING!!  Let it go NOW John.  You brought it up.  You answered the dare.  Let it go!  Sean Hannity and Rush need to help him out and move on, too.  Sean had Zogby and Rasmussen on his show yesterday, and BOTH told him it isn’t working.  Sean and Rush need to rile up their audiences behind Joe the Plumber, vouchers, and the abortion issue now and get off the Ayers stuff.  PLEASE!!!
