Rick Leventhal of FNC reported from a polling location in what looked like an urban area in Philadelphia, PA that two Black Panther members were blocking the door, one of which was holding a night stick.  A Republican poll watcher, who showed up after being informed of the intimidation, called the to the police after he was told that “a black man was going to win the election no matter what” and they were tired of “white supremacy.”

The person holding the night stick was removed, but the other Black Panther told Mr. Leventhal that he was causing intimidation by being at the polling place with a microphone and a camera.  Lord help this area if McCain does win PA.

Update II: Power Line Blog has details of more voting problemsin PA.  Some Republican poll watchers are being turned away.  McCain-Palin has announced a voter fraud reporting hotline: 866-976-VOTE.

I’m sorry, but this is scary.  If I had to vote there, I would be worried.  And what will these people do if Obama loses?  This is AMERICA for goodness sakes.  We’re supposed to have free, open, and fair elections.  Unbelieveable.

Update III:  FNC showed the video above.  Then they showed video of Rick Leventhal being told by poll workers that he had to be on the sidewalk at that same location.  FNC checked the laws, and they were told that they could be within 10 ft. of the entrance. 

At the beginning of his latest report, Leventhal made it clear that he knew of no one who had been stopped from voting by the Black Panthers.  He tried to interview the Black Panther who is still standing outside about the other one who with the nightstick, and the Black Panther said he didn’t know what Leventhal was talking about.  The Black Panther questioned why the media was out taking their pictures and making it look like they were doing something wrong.  Gee, I wonder.

Update VI:  Rick Leventhal reports that Malik Shabazz says they don’t have any Black Panther members dispatched in Philadelphia in an official capacity.  Shep Smith commented that the Black Panther that Leventhal encountered was just “going rogue.”  Yeah.

Philly.com reports that the Black Panthers are “guarding” the polling place.  However, the site also reports Republicans are “intimidating” voters by setting up tables and asking for voter names and party affiliation.  Hmm.  Nightstick vs. table.  That table really scares me.  A lot.  (H/T: Ace)

Karl Rove is reporting on Neil Cavuto’s show that there are more registered voters than adults living in Philadelphia, suggesting that maybe shenanigans are going on inside these voting places (i.e. poll workers filling out ballots and putting them through themselves).
