The Democrats in the Senate voted to let Sen. Lieberman keep his Homeland Security Chairmanship, but he was stripped of his subcommittee chair.  I bet he threatened to leave the Caucus and take them further away from the coveted 60 votes, so they let him stay and keep his chair.  I bet that bitter pill was goooood.
