Ugh.  They will NEVER learn!  All the GOP Congressmen care about is reelection.  The RNC needs to stop supporting these guys and support primary challengers next time around so we can get a good crop of real conservatives in Congress.  With all the money flowing out of D.C. right now, and the “fiscal conservatives” can’t agree on a simple three month moratorium on earmarks?  Unbelievable.
