First of all, thanks for continuing to read despite my absence. I unexpectedly took a few days off from blogging after a week with family and having to take care of some things upon my return home.  I should be back and blogging full speed again.

I didn’t know that Chambliss is considered a RINO, but I’m still glad he won.  And I’m glad it looks like Coleman will win in Minnesota.  I think the Chambliss win reduces the chances that Franken will carry out a long court battle.  If Chabliss had lost, a lot more would be at stake, and I think Franken (and the Dems) would have done ANYTHING to win the seat and have the 60 seats.
