This needs to end.  The White House agreed to a $15B cash infusion to the Big 3.  It looks like there will be another useless governmental czar.  I hope the GOP members who have vowed to filibuster are successful, even though Reid has assured the country there will be a vote at some point on this legislation.

I can’t believe Bush is going for all of this.  I know he feels bad that the economy dropped on his watch, but can’t he see enough is enough?  I think it will do more for him to just say no now than to just go down with more taxpayer cash burning in the ruins of another failed company on his presidential legacy’s grave.

Update: Well, the house passed the bill.  Michelle Malkin has the roll call vote at her site.  Good news is that, as she puts it, GOP Senators are ready to rumble.
