Obamination at the VA
Obama is planning to set aside $634 B for universal health care that would cover not just some that might arguably need it (but no where near the 47 million people often quoted), but it would also cover a lot of lazy bums that happily live off the permanent government dole with no thoughts of getting off AND ILLEGALS. And this care would be without question.
Now, anti-war General Eric Shinseki, Obama’s VA Secretary, is floating a plan to make service members who have private insurance use their own insurance to pay for service-related wounds. So, if you are called to Iraq to serve your country and lose a leg, the VA wants your insurance to pay for it if you have it (they already charge back to insurance for things like the flu or other non service-related visits).
Usually, wounded vets with private insurance are people who are members of the reserves who had non-military full time jobs before being called up to duty. So, the government is essentially transferring payment responsibility to the businesses who already do so much to make sure that when the service member returns, they still have a job.
These idiot Dems are the same people that scream at Wal-Mart for not offering better health plans to employees who apparently make so little that they end up being cared for by Medicaid.
Gee, I wonder what would happen if a Republican was (falsely) accused of requiring a similar type of charge back.
