The “fairness doctrine” has been imposed

What country has leaders that seek to shut down media outlets that discuss ideas in opposition of them?  No, not the U.S., silly.  Iran.

24 Hours

The polls open around the country in roughly 24 hours.  If you haven’t voted, will you?  Lines will be long, but it is IMPORTANT.  Do you know who you are voting for?  Are you just voting against someone?  Either way, do it.

You know who I voted for.  And I did vote FOR him.  I believe John McCain and Sarah Palin are right for this country now.  I firmly believe they will do everything in their power to cut wasteful government spending.  That is my biggest concern.  If the government is smaller, we all do better.

My second biggest concern is our national security.  McCain is KNOWN.  Our enemies know he’ll respond if attacked.  Obama has pretty much allowed for a free shot or two, and Biden assured us it would happen.  Obama also has no real plan for energy independence, which goes directly to our security.  He recently said his policies would bankrupt coal companies and allow energy prices to skyrocket

Another huge concern of mine is payback.  Obama has $600 M worth of favors he will owe to his donors.  And McCain?  He owes $84 M worth of favors to his donors, too.  The difference?  Obama owes big unions, lawyers, Soros, and other big contributors.  McCain?  He owes US.  WE financed his campaign, just as he promised to let us do.

Not enough?  Here’s the link to the comprehensive case against Obama.  Read it.  Watch the videos.  Look at my more recent posts for information on Khalidi, coal, and other items that have cropped up since the original case was made.

You’ll know who to vote for after all of that.

Obama’s sit-down buddies threaten US

Iran has threatened the US with suicide attacks.  Maybe McCain hasn’t seen that yet, because he did not bring it up at his rally this morning.  He needs to bring it up at the next one.

Remind voters that the economy is not the only issue in this nation right now, and here’s a new threat of suicide bombers by the country Obama wants to invite to the White House for a nice social dinner.  McCain needs to show people that this is the proof that what Biden said WILL come true if Obama is elected.

Europeans: GObama! EU Leaders: Hold on…

So Sarkozy thinks Obama’s position on Iran is “utterly immature,” too.  He didn’t even hint at his doubts of “The One” in public at their joint press conference during Obama World Tour ‘08.  However, Sarkozy is worried about an Obama administration.  I bet other European leaders are, too.

Much has been made of the European socialist system since Obama’s “spread the wealth” comment.  That, along with the overwhelming hate for President Bush seen there, shows me just how left Europeans lean.

However, the lefty, pacifist leanings of the European people are only allowed by the fact that big brother America is policing the world.  We’ve saved their sorry asses from dictators in the past, and they know no matter how much they call us names, we’ll be there in the future.  And the European leaders have to keep up the same rhetoric, or else they don’t get re-elected.

But in private, European leaders know that a strong America is needed.  While their people would overwhelmingly vote Obama if given the chance, leaders of the countries are hoping against hope that we don’t put a pacifist in the most powerful position in the world.  If we do, and Iran does something awful, who do you think would have to take up the slack?  Because Iran isn’t going to hit America, it’s going to hit Europe’s Mediterranean Sea neighbor — Israel.

Let’s say that, God forbids, happens.  Obama has already shown disdain for Israel, although we won’t have the tapes to prove it until Obama is elected.  You think he’s going to step right on up and defend them?  Hmmm, maybe not.  Then, Europe would be left to help defend them.  And European leaders know that will be the end of their political careers.  Better to let America get their hands dirty, and the only one willing to do that would be McCain.

Obama / Iran talks no-go since Iran set preconditions

I guess Obama can now say he won’t sit down for talks with Iran, since Iran decided to set a couple of preconditions.  Obama will only talk to them without preconditions.
